|Troop 61 – Wooster, Ohio has been serving the Wooster area since 1913. Our goal is to provide you with useful information about our troop to improve communication and promote internal and community support for what we do for boys, their families and for our community. Next Campout: Tar Hollow State Park, August 7-9.

Friday, August 14- Sunday, August 16, OA Ordeal Weekend – Seven Ranges Scout Reservation
Scouts and adults called out to join Order of the Arrow at summer camp must attend either this Ordeal weekend or the Ordeal weekend next June in order to become a member of Order of the Arrow. If you do not attend Ordeal weekend within one year of being called out then you do not become a member of OA. $50/person, must register on-line at the Buckeye Council website. OA members wishing to advance to the Brotherhood level can do so by attending an Ordeal weekend. (Cost is $15, must register on-line at the Buckeye Council website.) Class B uniform. Start thinking now about what you want to do in 2016 as we will make our plans for next year (campouts, hotel trip, fundraiser, etc.) at this meeting. All members of the Patrol Leaders’ Council should be in attendance as should all Scouts and parents interested in the troop.
